1.ELIGIBILITY
1.1 This contest is open to all Scotch® brand Sticky Members in Singapore only.
1.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of 3M (“the Company”) and each of their advertising agencies are not eligible to participate in this contest.
2.HOW TO JOIN THE CONTEST
2.1 Contestants have to successfully register as a Scotch® brand Sticky Member at http://www.stickwithscotchbrand.com.sg/html/stickymembers/register before he/she is entitled to participate in this contest.
2.2 Sticky Members will only be considered as successfully contesting participants in each weekly contest once they successfully refer a minimum of 5 individuals to become a Scotch® brand Sticky Member.
2.3 Sticky Members are allowed to participate in all 10 weeks of the contest.
2.4 Each individual is only entitled to one Sticky Member account. Individuals are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts under different email addresses to enhance chances of winning.
3.DETAILS OF THE CONTEST
3.1 Contest will run from 1st June 2010 – 8th August 2010.
3.2 A successful referral is defined as any individual whom that particular Sticky Member successfully refers to the Scotch® brand website and becomes a Sticky Member.
3.3 Sticky Members have to successfully refer a minimum of 5 individuals to become Scotch® brand Sticky Members before they are considered as a competing participant in each weekly contest.
3.4 Each week, the Sticky Member with the highest number of successful referrals will win that week’s $100 shopping voucher!
3.5 The individual with the highest number of successful referrals over the entire 10 weeks of the contest will win an additional 4 tickets to Universal Studios Singapore worth $264*!

3.6 The duration for counting referrals each week is Monday (0000 hrs) to Sunday (2359 hrs).
3.7 Referrals cannot be accumulated through the weeks for the weekly prizes. This means that the Monday of each week at 0000 hrs will signal the start of a new weekly contest for that week’s particular prize.
3.8 The Company reserves the right to draw another prize winner if the original prize winner is subsequently disqualified from the Contest.
3.9 Winners of any weekly $100 shopping voucher will still be eligible to participate in subsequent weeks of this contest.
3.10 Winners of each week will be notified by email (“Email of Notification”) and results will be published on www.stickwithscotchbrand.com.sg the immediate Wednesday after that respective week.
3.11 If the winner is unable to personally collect their prize, they can produce a letter of authorisation for a 3rd party to collect on his/her behalf. Identification of the authorised person must be produced upon collection.
3.12 The Company’s decision on all matters relating to the contest will be final and binding. Except for the notifications to the relevant winner(s), the Company shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence concerning the contest.
3.13 The Company reserves the right to disclose and publish the name and any other particulars of the winner (including photographs and videos) for publicity purposes and the winner aggress to co-operate with and participate in the activities organized by the Company for these purposes.
3.14 The Company reserves the right to withdraw, discontinue or terminate the contest at any time at its absolute discretion, without notice or liability to any person.
3.15 The Company, its related corporations and/or employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the contest, including without limitation, error in computing, any computer system or equipment breakdown, electronic malfunction or any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post.
4.PRIZES
4.1 There will only be one winner to win each weekly $100 shopping voucher.
4.2 The prizes for each week are as follows or such other prize as the Company may determine in its sole and absolute discretion:

4.3 All prizes are non-transferable, not exchangeable for any other item and shall be subject to such terms and conditions which the Company may at its sole and absolute discretion impose.
4.4 The Company serves the right to substitute the prizes to an alternative prize of equivalent monetary value without prior notice.
4.5 The winner(s) must claim the prize within 3 months after the notification date (Email of Notification). The Company shall notify the winners of the location where the relevant prize is to be claimed. The winner will have to produce the following upon claiming of the prize:
i) NRIC Card
ii) Print out of the Email of Notification issued by the Company
4.6 The prize must be claimed in Singapore and shall be subjected to terms and conditions stated.
4.7 Without any liability on the part of the Company, any unclaimed prize within the given period as stated in the Notification Email will be forfeited. Any winner whose prize has been so forfeited shall not be entitled to any compensation despite non-receipt by him/her of any notification.
5.AMENDMENT
5.1 The Company reserves the right to vary, delete or add to these terms and conditions at any time at its absolute discretion without notice or liability to the participants of the contest or any other person.
6.DECISION OF COMPANY IS FINAL
6.1 In the event of any dispute arising from the Contest or relating to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Company on all matters pertaining to the Contest shall be final and binding on all parties. No correspondence will be entertained
